Birthday Presence - Learning To Be Present To The Life That I Live

This episode marks the one-year anniversary of Sonderlust the Podcast. It was a year ago, on Sarah’s 37th birthday, that John and her had the phone call that would set this whole challenge in motion. 

So now, as Sarah celebrates her 38th birthday, she’s taking this episode to look back at how it all started (yes, we’re going to play snippets of her first conversation with John), and listening to the words of her friends as they embrace her with birthday messages of love and encouragement as she moves forward.
